Because each item is custom-made and personalized, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed unless mutually agreed upon.
That said, we’re reasonable and always aim to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and find a fair solution.

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or alternative resolution depending on the situation.
