Shipping policy

All orders are custom-made and carefully prepared before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses may result in additional fees or delivery issues.
