Let us bring your design to life with our custom engraving service for your personal tumbler! Here’s how it works:
• Customer-Provided Tumblers Only: This service is for tumblers that you supply only. Please ensure the tumbler is clean and ready for engraving.
• Dialing in the Settings: Because every tumbler material and coating can vary, we require an extra test tumbler to fine-tune the engraving settings. This helps us achieve the best possible outcome for your final design.
• Handling Test Tumblers with Care: We make every effort to avoid using your extra tumblers unnecessarily. If the additional tumblers are not needed for testing, they will be returned to you unengraved so you can reuse or return them as desired.
• No Replacement Guarantee: Please note, we are not responsible for replacing your tumbler(s) if the engraving results differ from your expectations. Due to the wide variety of materials and coatings, predicting exact settings for customer-provided tumblers is not always possible.
• Additional Design Fee: For orders with less than 10 identical tumblers, an additional design fee will apply. This fee ensures the time and effort required to create and fine-tune your custom design is covered.
